 Background  Community Lifestyles Incorporated is a highly regarded, community-owned organisation that has been working with people with a disability in the Murraylands region for over 25 years. In this rapidly growing region, disability services have never been in such high demand. Although partly funded by government and community generosity, Community Lifestyles now requires a more formal way of encouraging community support so it remains a secure part of the fabric of the local region. What is CL Foundation? A foundation is a charity organisation that acts as a vehicle for individuals and businesses to receive a tax-deduction for donations of cash, trusts, bequests or property. Money raised today and in the future will be held by the Foundation in perpetuity to build capacity, and investment earnings will be used to address the issues and needs important to Community Lifestyles. CL Foundation board The Community Lifestyles’ Board of Directors has enlisted the commitment of strong community leaders to establish the CL Foundation. This independent Board of Trustees encourages financial donations and manages the legal, financial and business framework within which the Foundation operates.
