Community Lifestyles consists of three main groups - the clients, volunteers and staff. The organisation exists to assist and support people with disabilities in order to enhance their ability and realise their potential.
Clients
Our clients are the most important part of the organisation. Community Lifestyles staff and volunteers are passionate about providing them with the opportunities, skills, and support that they need.
We are committed to serving the clients in the best possible way so that they can achieve their goals, and live a full, happy and meaningful life in their community.
Volunteers
Volunteers are very important to Community Lifestyles because they provide extended companionship and friendship to people with a disability in the community.
The skills, knowledge time and energy our volunteers contribute make a positive impact on the lives of others, enhancing quality of life through freely given relationships.
There are many ways to get involved as a volunteer for Community Lifestyles.
These include: - Working directly with people with disabilities in our Community Programs or Respite service. - Participating in Community Lifestyles fundraising activities and events. - Becoming a member on one of our Community Lifestyles committees.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact us.
Our staff will be happy to send you a Volunteer Application Form and discuss the volunteer requirements with you. |
